Project Summary

This contract included restoration work for the developed and undeveloped Meydenbauer Beach Park and Bellevue Marina. The IMCO team constructed a pedestrian pier and a beach house with restrooms, life-guard station, covered outdoor spaces, and natural landscape, including ravine storm drainage channel daylighting and natural habitat restoration of ravine and lakeshore. IMCO’s team provided extensive modeling and VDC services for this project.

Construction also included a swim beach, kayak launch, and a playground; demolition, clearing, mechanically stabilized earth walls with granite and basalt rock facing, concrete paving and retaining walls, and a lake line sewer connection. IMCO crews constructed a steel trestle and floating concrete pedestrian pier and performed street and sidewalk improvements and associated utilities on Lake Washington Boulevard NE and 99th Avenue NE.
