Priest River Water Resources Recovery Facility

Project Summary

IMCO is providing extensive upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment plant for the City of Priest River, Idaho.

The purpose of the project is to bring the facility up to code to meet current environmental standards. The contract includes influent lift station upgrades with screw pump replacement and the demolition of an existing headworks facility and anaerobic basin mixer, to be newly constructed and installed. Crews will construct a new air-supply to the grit chamber and install dissolved oxygen probe and aeration controls. The project also includes pump station piping improvements, a new solids dewatering facility, construction of a new utility water system, installation of a new effluent v-notch weir flowmeter, electrical upgrades, and ultraviolet light disinfection system upgrades.
