Powering the Future with Green Hydrogen

This achievement reflects IMCO’s project team collaboration, adaptability, and commitment to safety and innovation.

Washington State’s first large-scale green hydrogen production and fueling facility has been named a 2025 West Best Project in the Energy/Industrial category. Powered by renewable energy from the Wells Dam, the 5-MW facility delivers zero-emission hydrogen for vehicles, generators, and grid support while being designed to scale up to 80 MW. Through strong collaboration, adaptive planning, and a focus on safety, the $23M project was completed by IMCO project teams on time and within budget in May 2025, helping lay the groundwork for the region’s clean energy future.
