Everett South Terminal Wharf Upgrades

Project Summary

This project for the Port of Everett involved upgrading and rehabilitating a portion of an existing concrete wharf originally constructed in the mid-1970’s.  The site is located along the Port's active waterfront and involved demolition, installing steel pipe piles through the deck, rehabilitation and reinforcing of existing concrete pile caps both above and below the deck, constructing new concrete pile caps below the deck, furnishing and installing removable timber bullrail, furnishing and installing removable steel mooring bollard, asphalt concrete pavement, and all work necessary for a complete and serviceable facility.

IMCO has worked with the Port of Everett in the past on projects in 2005 and 2007.
